NDIS transport & appointment support in Brisbane, Ipswich, Springfield & Logan
Missing appointments because transport fell through is one of the most common and most avoidable problems our participants describe. Our workers drive you to medical and allied health appointments, activities, work, study and errands, and can come in with you to take notes or help you follow what was said. We confirm pick-up times the day before, every time.

What this covers
What transport & appointments includes
A shift is shaped around what you need that day, not a fixed checklist. These are the things our workers most often help with.
- Transport to medical, allied health and specialist appointments
- Support inside the appointment — note-taking and follow-up reminders
- Travel to activities, classes, work and study
- Shopping trips and errands
- Building confidence with public transport, at your pace
- Confirmed pick-up times the day before each trip
Is this right for you?
This support may suit you if…
We assess every enquiry properly before we take it on — including whether our workers can safely and reliably meet what you need. If the answer is no, we will tell you honestly rather than sign you up and struggle.
- You do not drive, or driving is not practical for a particular trip
- You have missed appointments because transport was unreliable
- You would like someone with you to help follow what a clinician says
- You live in Brisbane, Ipswich, Springfield, Logan or a nearby suburb
Common questions
Transport & appointments — questions people ask
Does the NDIS pay for transport?
Many plans include transport funding, and the support worker time spent driving you is usually claimable where it is part of a funded support. The exact arrangement depends on your plan, so we confirm how travel will be charged in writing before your first shift — never after.
Do your workers use their own vehicles?
Yes. Every worker who transports participants holds a current Australian driver licence, a roadworthy vehicle and comprehensive insurance, and we verify all three before they are rostered on a transport shift.
Can a support worker come into the appointment with me?
Yes, if you want them to. Some participants want a second set of ears and notes to take home; others prefer privacy and would rather the worker wait. Both are completely fine — just tell us which you prefer.

Support that works well alongside this
Most participants use two or three of these together. A single shift often covers more than one — we plan around what needs doing, not around service categories.
