NDIS daily living support in Brisbane, Ipswich, Springfield & Logan
Daily living support is the practical, everyday help that makes independent living work. Our support workers assist with morning and evening routines, meal preparation, shopping, personal organisation and the dozens of small tasks that can otherwise stack up. The aim is never to take over — it is to do things alongside you, so more of your day belongs to you.

What this covers
What daily living support includes
A shift is shaped around what you need that day, not a fixed checklist. These are the things our workers most often help with.
- Morning and evening routines at the times that suit you
- Meal planning, cooking and help with eating and drinking
- Grocery shopping and running errands, together or on your behalf
- Reminders and prompts for medication, appointments and daily tasks
- Help organising post, forms, bills and everyday paperwork
- Support with laundry, tidying and keeping on top of the week
Is this right for you?
This support may suit you if…
We assess every enquiry properly before we take it on — including whether our workers can safely and reliably meet what you need. If the answer is no, we will tell you honestly rather than sign you up and struggle.
- You live in Brisbane, Ipswich, Springfield, Logan or a nearby suburb
- You want regular, reliable help with everyday tasks at home and in the community
- You would rather build a routine with the same familiar worker than see a different face each week
- You are self-managed, plan-managed or agency-managed under the NDIS
Common questions
Daily living support — questions people ask
What does an NDIS support worker actually do day to day?
A support worker helps with the practical parts of daily life — getting up and ready, preparing meals, shopping, appointments, household tasks and getting out into the community. The work is shaped around your goals and routine, not a fixed checklist. Two people with the same funding can have very different shifts.
Can I have the same support worker every time?
Yes, and we plan for it. We match you with workers whose skills, availability and personality fit, then build a consistent roster around them. A small backup group is introduced early so that leave or illness never means a stranger arriving unannounced.
How many hours of support can I book?
From a couple of hours a week to daily support, depending on your plan and our availability. We will be straightforward with you about what we can staff reliably before you commit — an over-promised roster helps nobody.

Support that works well alongside this
Most participants use two or three of these together. A single shift often covers more than one — we plan around what needs doing, not around service categories.
