Yes. We provide in-home aged care support alongside our NDIS services, using the same workers, the same screening standards and the same 30-minute response commitment. Arrangements and funding differ between the two, and we will walk you through how yours would work.
Can family arrange support on someone’s behalf?
Yes. Family members, carers and authorised representatives regularly make the first enquiry. We will still make sure the person receiving support has a say in who comes into their home and what happens during a visit.
How quickly can support start?
We respond to enquiries within 30 minutes during business hours and aim to have a suitability conversation within three business days. Start dates depend on worker availability in your area — we will give you a realistic date, not an optimistic one.
